Required conduct:
- Treat all participants, TAs, and instructors with respect
- No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind
- No offensive comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or any other protected characteristic
- Be professional and constructive in all interactions
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from support channels and further consequences according to university policies.
If you experience or witness harassment, please report it to the course staff immediately.
How to Get Help
On Slack:
- Ask questions on public course-specific channels so everyone can benefit
- TAs and peers may answer voluntarily, but response times vary
- Send private messages only when requested by a TA
- Join the workspace: Slack invitation link
During Online Support:
- Participants are helped in the order they join the Zoom meeting
- If you join late, you may not receive help before the session ends
Important Notes
- Support hours are primarily for courses on this platform
- TAs may assist with other course-related issues when possible
